Shipping & Handling

For custom patches:

Please refer to your invoice for estimated shipping date.

For embroidered garments:

Please allow 10-12 business days for your items to be processed & packaged. These items are made to order.

 

For online patch orders: 

Please allow 3-5 business days for your items to be processed & packaged.

 

Note:

Dee' Embroideree LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages marked delivered at addresses on file.

Returns & Cancellations

For custom patches:

Please refer to your contract for the policy.

For embroidered garments from the shop:

Due to each garment being made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for sizing. 

If the item was damaged or wrong product was sent please contact us asap.

Please email info@deeembroideree.com including your order number.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Please note we print every product when it is ordered. You can modify/cancel your order 24 hours after placing your order.

 

Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order, especially address as Dee' Embroideree LLC is not responsible for packages sent to wrong address.
